RETURN POLICY
With D'Anggun Dresses , 7 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition
- You can return your purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase
- Only product defect can return back to change or refund
- Please insert notes inside the packaging if any defects
- Return for changing sizes are allowed, but customer have to bear for the postage chages (return/post back). MUST change for the same item and color
- Replacement item only will be post out to customer after we received the RETURNED merchandise.

NO BACKUP BUYER
We're not expecting any Backup Buyer after payment processed (paid order) which is NO REFUND for any CANCELLATION order.
Any BOOKING or DEPOSIT make in advance cannot be cancel or refund. Any cancellation BOOKING with payment will result the booking fees burned.
Customer have an option to change the item to other types of item at the same prices or higher (add differences payment), or else if item selected lower price than original order NO REFUND provide. Please understand that our account has been credited and will effect the whole process of Company's account.
